Who runs this site

This website (celiadevilliers.com) is run by Celia de Villiers, an independent artist, as the person responsible for your data. If you have any question about your information, or want it corrected or deleted, please write through the contact page.

What we collect, and why

We only collect information you choose to send us through a form on this site:

• The Ponte d’Arte enquiry form — your name, email, preferred dates, a note on your practice, an optional portfolio link, and your message. We use this solely to reply to your enquiry about a stay or mentorship.
• The contact form — your name, email and message, used solely to reply to you.

That is all. We do not add you to any mailing list, we do not sell or share your details, and we do not use them for advertising. The legal basis is your consent in sending the form, and our shared interest in corresponding about your enquiry.

How it is stored

Form submissions are handled by our website host, Netlify (which acts as our data processor), and emailed to Celia. They are kept only as long as needed to correspond with you, and deleted on request.

Cookies and analytics

This site sets no advertising or tracking cookies, so there is no cookie banner to click through. We use Google Analytics only in a cookieless mode: it stores nothing on your device, does not identify you, and has advertising features and cross-site signals switched off. It tells us, in aggregate, which pages are visited — nothing more.

Links to other services

Booking a stay is done on Airbnb, and some pages link to Instagram. Once you follow those links you are on their sites, governed by their own privacy terms — not ours.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you may ask to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you, or object to our using it. Just write through the contact page and we will act on it. You also have the right to complain to your national data-protection authority.
